DROPDrag onto the menu-bar tray or the drop zone that appears while you drag, press ⌃⌥⌘S to shelf the clipboard, use “Send to Shelf” in the Services menu or Shortcuts, or let screenshots land automatically — from the clipboard or the folder you pick.
USESearch everything — even the text inside your screenshots. Drag any item back out into Mail, Slack, Finder, or an upload field; it carries the real file. Group related items into stacks that leave together.
EXPIRESEverything clears itself after the days you choose (1–30), with rules by type or app — screenshots after a day, anything from Slack after 8 hours. Anything that looks like a password or card number leaves after an hour. Pin what you want to keep.
